Welcome to DocsWorx (“DocsWorx”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use DocsWorx.

1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of the DocsWorx API, dashboard, website, and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, agree to be bound by them, and have the authority to enter this agreement.

3. License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the DocsWorx API strictly for generating screenshots, documents, or render outputs as permitted by your subscription plan.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• DocsWorx offers subscription plans displayed on the Pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect immediately.
• Fees follow the Refund Policy described on our Refund page.
• If you exceed your plan limits, your API request will return an error until the next cycle.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• redistribute, sell, or sublicense DocsWorx output as a standalone service
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access internal system logic
• share or expose your API key publicly
• use the service to capture adult content, illegal content, or harmful websites
• abuse the service by making excessive or automated traffic beyond your plan limits
• use DocsWorx in violation of any applicable law

We may throttle or suspend accounts that misuse our system.

6. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. All requests made using your key are considered your responsibility.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime and stable processing, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, system updates, or outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue features, APIs, or technical endpoints at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate breaking changes in advance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• you breach these Terms
• we detect abuse, malicious activity, or illegal usage
• we are required to comply with legal obligations

You may cancel anytime through your dashboard.

10. Intellectual Property

DocsWorx, its design, software, and technology remain the property of BytesCorner. You receive no ownership rights by using the Service.

11. Disclaimer

DocsWorx is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free results, uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BytesCorner shall not be liable for:

• lost profits
• lost data
• service interruptions
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the current billing cycle.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BytesCorner, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
