We do not process or store any payment information. All payments and billing are handled securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

3. Screenshot Storage
DocsWorx follows a privacy-first model:
- We DO NOT store screenshots unless:
- you enable screenshots storage
- you enable S3 or external storage
If caching is enabled: Cached output is stored temporarily for the specified TTL.
If no caching/storage is used: screenshot is generated, returned to the requester, deleted immediately afterwards, and only metadata (without cookies) is logged.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for:
- hosting
- storage
- analytics
- payments
- error logging
These providers may process minimal technical data necessary for operation.
5. Data Retention
We retain:
- account data while your account is active
- logs for operational and security purposes
- cached content only for the configured duration
